Steps to apply Online Recommendation Letter For Visa Extension
Step 1 – Create your account by clicking Sign Up.
Step 2 – Verify your account by clicking the link sent to your email.
Step 3 – Login to the portal by using Email and Password.
Step 4 – Fill up & upload documents of the company according to our guidance and proceed to submit.
Step 5 – Fill up & upload documents of the applicant/dependant and submit the application.
Step 6 – Monitor the notifications for your application.
Please use one account for one company.
The attachments should be in jpg,jpeg,png,pdf,docx,doc formats.
The results of the processed documents will be announced on https://www.dica.gov.mm/mm/taxonomy/term/3830 within 10 working days.
အွန်လိုင်းမှ VISA သက်တမ်းတိုးမြှင့်ခြင်းထောက်ခံချက်အတွက် လုပ်ဆောင်ရမည့်အဆင့်များ။
အဆင့် ၁ - Sign Up ခလုတ်ကိုနှိပ်၍အကောင့်ဖွင့်ပါ။
အဆင့် ၂ - အကောင့် ဖွင့်ထားသော မေးလ်အတွင်းဝင်၍ ပို့ဆောင်ထားသော Link ကို နှိပ်ပြီး အတည်ပြုပါ။
အဆင့် ၃- Email နှင့် password ကို အသုံးပြု၍ အကောင့်သို့ဝင်ရောက်ပါ။
အဆင့် ၄- ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့် ညွှန်ကြားချက်များအတိုင်း ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အချက်အလက်များကိုဖြည့်သွင်း၍ စာရွက် စာတမ်းများကို တင်သွင်းပါ။
အဆင့် ၅- VISA သက်တမ်းတိုးမည့်သူ၏ အချက်အလက်များကိုဖြည့်သွင်း၍ စာရွက် စာတမ်းများကို တင်သွင်းပါ။
အဆင့် ၆- လျှောက်ထားမှု၏ VISA သက်တမ်းတိုးခြင်းအခြေအနေ ကို စစ်ဆေးပါ။
Companyတစ်ခုအတွက် Account တစ်ခုသာ အသုံးပြုပါ။
တင်သွင်းမည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများသည် jpg၊ jpeg၊ png၊ pdf၊ docx၊ doc formatဖြစ်ရမည်။
လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပြီးသော တင်ပြစာများအတွက် လိုအပ်မည့် စာအမှတ် အား ရုံးသို့လာရောက်ခြင်း မလိုအပ်စေရေးအတွက် ကုမ္ပဏီအမည်များ အလိုက် https://www.dica.gov.mm/mm/taxonomy/term/3830 တွင် နေ့စဉ် ကြေညာပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

(a) Any member of Board of Directors of a foreign company incorporated in Myanmar and their family members.
(b) Foreign technicians employed by foreign and local companies and those technician’s family members.
